What is GDPR?
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU law with mandatory rules for how companies and organisations, such as SBK, use personal data. It unites legislation across the European Union and came into effect on 25/05/2018. The core focuses of GDPR are data governance, data management and data transparency.
What does GDPR mean for me?
We will only use or process your personal information in line with the terms and conditions you have agreed to or as specified within our privacy policy.
We will never keep your data longer than is necessary for the purpose which it was requested for. The only exception to this is where necessary to comply with legal and licensing obligations but no further action will be required from you.
