The entry to receive a Free Bet price for completing the survey closes on 12th September 2025 at 09:00 EDT. Free Bets will be paid out on the same day by 18:00 EDT.
Who can take part?
- Users who have an open account with SBK and have received the survey directly from Smarkets/SBK via email
What do I need to do?
When completing the survey, you must enter the email address connected to your SBK account (the one where you received the email with the survey)
- You must respond to every mandatory question or section and successfully submit the survey. Any mandatory question or section is marked with an asterisk (*)
- Your feedback is extremely valuable to us so please take the time to think about each answer before selecting the appropriate answer
What can I win?
- 50 respondents who complete the survey will receive a one-time $20 free bet credited to their SBK account. This free bet can be used on any event but the odds must be equal to or greater than +300. Smarkets will randomly pick 50 users who complete the survey before 09:00 EDT, the 12th of September, 2025
How and when will I get the $20 in free bets?
If you are one of the winners, the free bets will be manually added to your account by 18:00 EDT Tuesday, the 12th September 2025.
When you are credited you will see your promo balance increase by $20
Important notes on free bets
- Free bets can be placed on any Event
- Free bets can be placed in denominations of $2
- If your free bet is settled as a win, the winnings will be added to your withdrawal balance:
- a $2 free bet placed on a selection at odds of +300 that is settled as a win would result in $6 winnings being added to your withdrawable balance, with the $2 free bet stake not returned
- If a free bet has been used on a selection that has been voided then the free bet stake will be returned
- Free bets that have not been used will expire 14 days after they have been credited to your promo balance
- Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time
Anything else I need to know?
- Survey submissions will be accepted until 09:00 EDT on the 12th September 2025. Smarkets reserves the right to extend the timeframe for survey completion at its own discretion
- Smarkets reserves the right to not credit the $20 in free bets if the account is suspended or self-excluded (whether such action happened before or after survey completion)
If you know someone who would like to complete the survey, feel free to contact Customer Support and the team will reach out if they fit the requirements. However, they won’t be eligible for the free bets
