Survey period
The survey is open from 15 December 2025, 17:00 UTC until 22 December 2025, 17:00 UTC (the Survey Period). Entries submitted after the end of the Survey Period will not be eligible for a reward.
Who can take part?
You can take part if you:
Have a verified SBK account; and
Received the survey invitation directly from Smarkets/SBK via email (an Invited Participant).
Not eligible: employees of Smarkets (and anyone professionally connected to this promotion).
What do I need to do?
To qualify for the reward, you must:
Complete the survey during the Survey Period;
Enter the same email address that:
received the survey invitation email, and
is connected to your SBK account; and
Answer every mandatory question/section (marked with an asterisk “*”) and successfully submit the survey.
What will I receive?
This promotion offers a guaranteed reward for every eligible, successfully completed survey submission:
UK customers: £5 in Free Bets
Ireland customers: €5 in Free Bets
Only Invited Participants are eligible.
Important notes on Free Bets
- Free bets can be placed on any Event.
- If your free bet is settled as a win, the winnings will be added to your withdrawal balance.
- If a free bet has been used on a selection that has been voided then the free bet stake will be returned.
- Free bets that have not been used will expire 14 days after they have been credited to your promo balance.
- Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
When will the Free Bets be credited?
Free Bets will be credited on 22 December 2025 (18:00 UTC) to the SBK account associated with the same email address used to complete the survey.
Important notes
One reward per eligible person/account. Multiple submissions may be treated as a single entry and only one reward may be credited.
Smarkets/SBK reserves the right not to credit the reward if an account is suspended, closed, or self-excluded (whether this occurs before or after survey completion).
