- Referred customer: The new customer who receives the referral link and signs up.
- To be eligible for the Refer a Friend offer, the referred customers must be eligible to receive bonuses.

- Cashed-out bets do not count towards the qualifying bet requirements for either the referrer or referred customer.

- Free bets credited as part of this promotion can only be used in denominations specified in the promotion.
- Free bets cannot be used on full cover bets.
- If a free bet is settled as a win, the winnings will be added to the withdrawable balance. The free bet stake itself will not be returned.
- If a free bet has been used on a selection that has been voided, the free bet stake will be returned.
- Free bets awarded as part of this promotion expire 7 days after being credited to the promotional balance.
- Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
- The Refer a Friend promotion is only available to users who make their first deposit by card or instant bank transfer. Deposits made via PayPal, or a virtual/prepaid card will not qualify.

- The /€10 Free Bet cannot be used to fulfill the requirements of other promotions. For the avoidance of doubt, Free Bets do not count towards other promotions.
