If you have an outstanding balance greater than £10.00 (or currency equivalent) our system will automatically return this to your registered payment method once the account is closed.
You can only have one account set up. If you would like to use SBK again, you will not be able to create a new account. You can get in touch with us so that we can reopen the account.
